Dazwischen, 2022
Dazwischen (In Between) is a publication developed during my post residency at KHB Studios. It examines the relationship between parts and wholes. If every part serves a function within a larger system, does this chain extend infinitely, or is there a whole with intrinsic value that does not depend on anything beyond itself?
Through text and play it explores purpose, function, and the inseparability of thought and image. It alters the in between space, neither “either” nor “or,” in favor of confronting absolute positions.
